民主化に伴い発展途上のミャンマーです。しかし、多くのインフラ設備が未整備です。慢性的に電気が不足しています。いつも停電が頻繁に起こっています。そして、火災も起こっています。その原因は電気事故が多く、未成熟な電気知識や技術で工事をしているので、漏電や過電流、過電圧など様々な状況で電気事故が起こっています。日本の電気技術有資格者である専門家がＭＥＳ（Myanmar Engineering Society）に拠点を構えて、ミャンマー人が自己完結できる安全、安心できる電気技術者を育成します。尚、ヤンゴン工科大学や日本ミャンマー交流協会などの協力支援を得ながら教育を行います。 In connection with democratization, it is developing Myanmar.
